- Opioid settlement grant technical amendment (20260288): Updated the maximum page limit for grant applications to 17 pages and fixed scrivener’s errors; bill passed and later was recorded with one abstention after reconsideration (6 yays, 0 nays, 1 abstention) because Council President Kevin Carlucci recused himself for employment-related reasons.
- Several other bills (20260317 through 20260364 and related items): Many were seconded and carried on the consent list; item 20260349 (item 35) and 20260361 (item 45) passed by committee voice vote.
- Youth empowerment second-reading ordinance (20260362): Committee discussed a second-reading ordinance to appropriate $5.2 million from the general operating fund for a youth empowerment special committee.
