Kent County Agriculture Preservation Board approves agenda and minutes, re-elects officers

At its Feb. 4 meeting the Kent County Agriculture Preservation Board approved routine procedural items and elected officers for 2026.
Vice Chair Suzie Reinbold moved to approve the Feb. 4 agenda as amended to add New Item 8.b (PDR Sign Discussion); Secretary Jessica Marks supported the motion and the board approved it unanimously. Secretary Jessica Marks then moved to approve the Jan. 7, 2026 meeting minutes as presented; Vice Chair Suzie Reinbold supported the motion and the minutes were approved unanimously.
On nominations for officers, Vice Chair Suzie Reinbold moved and Secretary Jessica Marks supported nominations for the 2026 slate. The board approved the nominations unanimously: Dennis Heffron as chair, Suzie Reinbold as vice chair and Jessica Marks as secretary.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 12:08 p.m.
