Personnel (post-executive session): After entering executive session to discuss appointments and collective bargaining, the Board approved HR director Trump Berner's recommendation to appoint Jacob Foley as Permitting Systems and Operations Manager in Building Regulations at $35.39 per hour (MBU pay grade 27, step 1) with a 180-calendar-day probationary period.
