Commissioners discuss trail parking, large tower foundation and scheduling resident complaint

The Chair asked whether the structure was a simple pole or a larger steel tower and said the foundation currently appears sizable.
Commissioners also addressed a resident's request to be added to a future agenda to discuss horse manure on county roads. The Clerk advised that the resident should first talk to Todd, who is responsible for that road jurisdiction, to try to resolve the issue informally before a formal agenda placement.
The Chair said staff would continue to review the parks proposal and confirm whether parking and bike amenities are feasible at the site, and that the county would schedule speakers after consultations with road staff where appropriate.
