Williams County commissioners approve supplemental appropriations, programmatic agreement and EMS card increase; review CDBG projects

A motion was moved and seconded and the roll call returned affirmative replies; the motion carried. The resolution lists the listed offices as beneficiaries of the supplemental appropriations but does not specify dollar totals in the meeting record.
The board also approved Resolution 192, entering into a programmatic agreement between Williams County and the Ohio State Historic Preservation Office to administer HUD-allocated funds with delegated review responsibilities under 24 CFR part 58. The agreement, presenters said, is intended to streamline review when federal HUD funds are used on local projects.
On a separate vote the commissioners approved Resolution 193 to raise the EMS department’s credit-card limit from $1,000 to $1,500. The chief requested the increase because a scheduled software purchase costs $1,200; as presented, “this is to increase the limit to 1,500,” a presenter said during the meeting, and the motion carried on roll call.
Commissioners who were recorded responding during roll call included Commissioner Westfall and Commissioner Loro on the supplemental appropriations item; Commissioner Russell and Commissioner LeRoux were recorded on the programmatic-agreement vote.
