Berkeley County Commission approves multiple personnel changes, reappoints local board members

The Berkeley County Commission approved a series of personnel status changes and two board reappointments during its meeting.

President (speaking as the commission chair) read a package of personnel items including promotions, salary adjustments and resignations across multiple departments. Items announced included an IT Specialist 3 appointment for Christopher Willingham (salary noted in the record), telecommunicator salary adjustments after completion of training, step increases for sheriff’s personnel, and several retroactive salary adjustments.
