The Greeley Historic Preservation Commission approved its meeting agenda and amended minutes at a regular meeting held in the Greeley City Council Chambers and on Zoom. Chair Pudel called for the motion to approve the agenda and the commission voted by voice to approve it.
During consideration of minutes from the April 6, 2026 meeting, a commissioner asked that the record reflect the reason for their earlier "no" vote on a design-related item, stating it was because "there's no exploratory steps taken" to examine what lay beneath the vinyl. Chair Pudel moved to approve the minutes as amended and the commissioner seconded; the commission approved the amended minutes by voice vote.
Staff provided several announcements: there will be no meeting on Monday, May 4; the commission is invited to a proclamation for Historic Preservation Month at the second City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:00 p.m., and staff requested a list of commissioners who will attend. Staff also noted History Fest at Centennial Village during the week of May 11 and an event at the Greeley Creative Arts Center on May 21 and invited commissioners to volunteer.
The commission adjourned at 4:06 p.m.
