Tri-Valley Board approves service agreements, policies, coaches and accepts donations

During its Feb. 12 meeting the Tri-Valley Board approved several consent-agenda items including service agreements, policy updates, spring coaching assignments and donations.
The board accepted a service agreement with the Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center (MVESC) for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year (Resolution #26-46). It also approved two PowerSchool service agreements for the 2026–27 school year—Applicant Tracking and Records subscriptions, support and hosting services (Resolution #26-47). Motions for both items passed on unanimous roll call votes.
The board approved policy 6.01 (Academic Acceleration, Early Entrance to Kindergarten, & Early High School Graduation) and policy 8.08 (Expense Reimbursements) as presented by legal counsel Pepple & Waggoner, Ltd. (Resolution #26-49).
Athletics staffing for the spring season was approved under Resolution #26-43, listing head and assistant coaches across baseball, softball, track and the clay target volunteer head coach. The board also accepted donations totaling $785 ($50 to TVHS Band, $485 to Nashport Elementary AR Rewards, $250 to TVHS prom sponsorship) under Resolution #26-50.
