After a public hearing with no public comment, the board approved the final plans, specifications and authorization to release bids for the TELC shelter and restroom project.
Mike Cox, Conservation Director, earlier described a separate limited easement in Warren Township that the board approved (Resolution No. 26-48) after a public hearing with no comment. The meeting record shows the board approved a $24,000 contract amendment with Shive Hattery for TELC signage and shelter design.
The approvals move both conservation projects into procurement; staff listed bid release and subsequent contractor selection as next steps.
