Members discussed practical distribution: the survey will be posted on the county website with an option for towns or appellants to request mailed copies. The board agreed the county administrator'7s office will send the survey in November and that the item should be part of the annual housekeeping agenda going forward.
While arranging follow-up work, members tentatively agreed to reconvene before Thanksgiving and proposed a meeting on Monday, Nov. 17 at 9:30 a.m. to finalize outstanding administrative items and review implementation steps.
