She estimated the cost at $20,000–$75,000 depending on scope and suggested a 4–6 month timeline for selection, data collection and final recommendations.
Board members asked for firms with relevant experience; Miss Morrison agreed to add Management Advisory Group (MAG) to the solicitation list at a board member’s request. Following discussion, the board moved and voted to proceed with soliciting bids from qualified consulting firms, including MAG.
Miss Morrison said staff would return with recommended contract awards and that the board would review proposals before any contract execution.
