HR said the district aims to issue some contracts before spring break and to complete letter‑of‑agreement and classified work agreements by early May.
Board members asked about timing of budget work sessions and the finance director confirmed two upcoming work sessions on March 17 (priority work session at 4:00 p.m.) and March 24 (budget work session at 5:00 p.m.). Members discussed the practical implications of reconfiguration decisions for staffing and the budget as the board considered the superintendent's restructuring recommendation earlier in the meeting.
