San Marcos City Council votes to enter executive session on personnel, litigation and a property lease

Canyon Regional Water Authority, Cause No. 25-0782 CVE (456th District Court, Guadalupe County) and a possible settlement.
A motion to convene the executive session was made and seconded (the transcript records the motion as made by Miss Rodriguez and seconded by Mr. Becerra; the clerk’s later readout shows the second spelled 'Becel' in one place). The clerk then called the roll for the motion: multiple councilmembers verbally recorded 'Aye' (the transcript records Ms. Garza, Mayor Houston, Mr. Scott, Mr. Mendoza, Mr. Gonzales and Mr. Rodriguez as saying 'Aye').
