The board voted unanimously (recorded roll call: Commissioners Anthony Paradiso, Brett Buster and Bill Frankert) to approve two supplemental appropriations: $30,000 from the general fund for professional services tied to a contract with Thrive, and $40,000 from the county capital projects fund to purchase land for a northeast EMS station.
