The applicant confirmed there will be no on-site repairs, vehicle washing or dismantling and agreed to remove existing barbed wire from the perimeter or obtain a permit if it remained. The applicant provided a site plan exhibiting parking for employees and tow trucks and said realistic staffing levels would be lower than the plan's maximum shown.
A motion to approve application 26-12 for one year with three conditions (outdoor storage only; no repair work unless separately approved; removal of barbed wire) was made and seconded; the board approved the special permit and closed the hearing. The permit will be subject to compliance checks and the board’s one-year term.
