Board members asked who is responsible for ongoing hydrant maintenance; staff said local fire departments typically maintain hydrants and the water line is owned by Consolidated Waterworks, requiring a servitude around the line.
The motion (mover Mr. Dehart; second Mr. Harding) was made and no objections were recorded at the committee level.
