Members discussed that installing sound mats would obstruct views and require a security camera to be mounted on a light pole, which would add cost; Steven Jenkins said he would consult Alltech about camera options. Rhodes moved to approve the fence extension and the sound‑damping mats; Steven Jenkins seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Council also agreed to temporarily post signage closing the pickleball courts at 8:00 p.m. until the sound mats are installed, and to adjust the light timer so it shuts off correctly.
