The board did not amend the UDO in the meeting; the action grants a delegated authority and directs staff to implement the practice under the stated threshold. Staff said larger waivers would still come to the board.
Next steps: staff will document the new delegation and apply the threshold to eligible waiver requests; cases above the threshold will continue to require board approval.
