Oakdale Joint Unified ratifies teacher agreement, approves $4,000 one-time payment

The Oakdale Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees unanimously ratified a tentative agreement with the Oakdale Teachers Association that includes a one-time off-salary-schedule payment of $4,000 for full-time bargaining-unit members.
