Board elects Drew Lucy president; Wolfinger chosen vice president

At its March 9 meeting the board elected Drew Lucy as president (one abstention recorded) and Mrs. Wolfinger as vice president (unanimous). The votes were completed by roll call; the board then proceeded to other business.
The Shippensburg Area School District Board of Directors elected Drew Lucy as board president and Mrs. Wolfinger as vice president during the March 9 meeting.
Nominations opened during the action agenda. A board member nominated Drew Lucy for president; Lucy accepted the nomination. The board took a roll‑call vote. All members present voted yes except Mr. Losi, who recorded an abstention on the president vote. The motion carried and Lucy was declared president.
Following that vote the board moved to fill the vice president position. A motion to elect Mrs. Wolfinger passed on roll call with all members recorded voting yes.
The board then continued with remaining agenda items.
