Schley County to pay off equipment loans with SPLOST funds, approves seven FLOCK cameras

Separately, Chairman Clark recalled a prior working session where commissioners considered installing seven FLOCK cameras at $3,000 per camera, adding $21,000 to the FY26 budget. Commissioner Barineau moved to accept the FLOCK camera proposal; Commissioner Belcher seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
