Schley County awards three-year ROW contract to C&S Landscaping after bid review

Other submitted bids included QRO ($149,903.00 per year, $449,709.00 total), Harpers ($154,103.00 year one; $156,414.54 year two; $158,760.00 year three; $469,277.54 total) and Extreme (total $448,064.46). Jamieson presented C&S as the lowest-priced option across the three-year term.
Commissioners emphasized cost and service continuity in the selection. The board’s approval authorizes county staff to finalize contract paperwork and begin implementing the contractor’s scope for roadside mowing and related ROW maintenance. No additional conditions or amendments to the award were recorded in the minutes.
