Chairman Clark proposed weekday senior hours and an evening for children with adult supervision; Recreation Director Leah Clark said she plans a summer basketball camp.
Commissioner Barineau expressed concern that the community center should not be open without guidelines, and Vice Chairman Belcher said he opposed charging to rent a building citizens already paid for but acknowledged monthly maintenance costs noted by County Manager Douglas Jamieson. The board recorded that the cleaning deposit is refundable after inspection. The motion passed, and the county will implement the stated fee and deposit structure.
