Rubin Cruse, special employment law counsel for the board, announced: "The Board of Supervisors has decided to continue the hearing on this matter to June 8, 2026 commencing at 8:30 a.m. with no other reportable action taken." The minutes record that the closed session was held pursuant to Government Code §54957(b)(1) (discipline, dismissal or release of a public employee).
