Good Fellowship Ambulance reports software loss and promotions; committee reviews routine special-event permits

Justin Robbins, director of Good Fellowship Ambulance, told the committee that a vendor software update erased some of the services reporting data, delaying the full monthly report. He said he would provide a completed report to council when the data are restored.
Robbins reported 787 calls countywide in February, with 195 responses inside the borough, and highlighted two incident-rehab responses during a cold snap. He also announced four internal promotions: Captain Alex Hapotoanic, Lieutenant Devin Landulfi, Corporal Tristan Gledill and Corporal Kelly Hoover.
The committee chair listed EMS funding as a finance-committee issue and said eliminating the EMS funding gap will be discussed further with the finance committee. Members noted the borough will likely pursue that topic in upcoming budget discussions.
Staff presented several special-event applications (including an Easter egg hunt at Everheart Park, the Empower U 5K with standard officer support, the Helping Hands Amazing Race with restrictions on tents/tables, the Citizens March for Life route to Everheart Park, and Johns World Music Day). Committee members raised no objections and staff said some applications had already been approved or carried typical conditions; no contested special-event approvals were recorded.
