Council briefed on active investigation into fatal ski accident

Council members thanked first responders, including ski patrollers and local paramedics, for on-scene actions and follow-up support for the family.

The council offered condolences and recognized Deputy Marshall Ted Spencer and town manager Chris Collie (and his wife) for prior life‑saving actions in separate incidents; no policy or operational decisions were made during the meeting related to the current investigation.
