Committee members pressed for specific data: how many DoorDash pickups occur nightly, whether complainants provided dates or photographic evidence, and whether enforcement windows would allow staff to reliably ticket violations during busy periods. Several members noted the change could be "unenforceable" during peak hours because enforcement staff have limited time to patrol curbside spaces.
Staff agreed to provide meeting documentation to the applicant and the committee asked the applicant or opposing parties to supply complaint records or additional information. No formal change to the curbside time limit was adopted at the meeting; staff will follow up and the item may return after additional evidence is provided.
