The New Haven Unified School District Board of Education on Sept. 9 adopted the district’s unaudited actuals for fiscal year 2024–25, approved proclamations recognizing Filipino American and LGBTQIA+ History Months for October 2025, and approved a bundle of memoranda of understanding, program agreements and purchases.
Kevin Franklin, the assistant superintendent of business, told trustees the district closed its books for 2024–25 and came “within less than 1% variance from our estimated actuals projections” on both revenues and expenditures.
