Reading one, she said, "Dear Mr. Todd Bom Lauren, congratulations on 30 years of service to Palm Beach County," quoting a letter attributed in the record to Ashley Moody. She also read a letter attributed in the record to Rick Scott offering congratulations and thanks for his service.
