Carson invests $27 million in citywide fiber, expands digital services with Carson TV app

In the same segment the mayor promoted the newly launched Carson TV app, which she said allows residents to watch original city programming 24 hours a day and is part of an expanded multimedia effort.
City officials did not provide contractual vendor names, detailed construction timelines beyond the phase one completion target, or the precise enterprise fund revenue model during the program.
