Trish also reported Tar Wars programming began that week for 4th and 5th graders and a high-school screening related to elementary wellness was scheduled for April 7 at 7:00 p.m.; committee members discussed whether recordings or links could be shared with parents and noted single-showing restrictions may apply. Trish said some students asked whether poster participation could count as community service and the committee agreed that would be appropriate.
Members discussed supports for students who might not have supplies (after-school help from a student assistant counselor at Davisville) and confirmed the committee will follow up with communications to schools about contest timing and voting procedures.
