The council approved Resolution 0374 to appoint Ed Merkeline to a part‑time position with the Bellmawr Fire Department and Resolution 0375 to appoint Mac Collins as the borough’s OEM deputy coordinator. Both appointments were moved, seconded and passed by roll call.
The council also approved Resolution 0376 to ratify a contract and agreement described in the meeting as between the borough and “ASME New Jersey District Council 63 Local 31 white collar members.” The language and name in the record were read aloud during the meeting; the council voted to ratify the agreement by roll call.
