The committee asked the applicant to roughen the entrance and ensure 12-foot minimum vertical clearance and appropriate drainage so tennis-court relocation does not send runoff onto the native path.
Staff said that if the applicant damages existing town-installed path segments during construction, homeowners would be required to repair them. The committee agreed to submit consolidated comments to planning staff ahead of the planning commission hearing.
