Guam committee hears case for GCC‑backed career‑tech charter to expand early‑college pathways

"The goal ... is to create a clear pathway for our youth to transition directly into the workforce with the ability to earn a good wage upon graduation," Senator Tina Rose Muna Barnes said in opening remarks, framing the measure as an investment in a skilled local workforce.
