Wright County Planning Commission approves multiple rezoning, CUP and IUP requests; schedules site inspection

Several items were routine but included technical conditions. For Carol Lee’s one‑lot subdivision, staff reminded the applicant that the ordinance requires a park dedication fee of $1,000 per newly created lot. For the Remle Holdings amendment, the Commission limited weekend events to no more than 24 days per year and set standard expiration triggers if the property changes ownership or operations.
