The Planning Commission continued two linked applications (PL2025-338 and PL2025-339) for a proposed continuing care retirement community (CCRC) at the northeast corner of Lakewood Way and Bolan Road to April 9, 2026, to allow the applicant to address technical and neighborhood concerns.
O’Reilly Development outlined a campus that would include about 172 independent-living units, assisted-living and memory-care spaces plus 15 detached villas on an approximately 11.7-acre parcel.
