Council to consider road‑use agreement for Argyle Lake solar project

The company intends to pave an access road to reach the site; under the proposed arrangement the developer would be responsible for repairing any damage it causes to city roads during construction and for ongoing access needs.
Orman said the city will use the same road‑use agreement format previously used with Ember Sun Solar and will bring the agreement to the council for approval at the first meeting in August.
Council members asked clarifying questions about location and maintenance; staff confirmed the agreement would require the developer to repair affected streets.
