St. James said the draft renames existing 'Boseies' to CISAs (the draft sometimes uses the working name “Seesaw”) and would set statutory authority for those entities, including board composition and core powers. "What you will see is ... the allocation of the appropriation for CISA startup, facilitators, and study committee grants," she told the committee.
