Committee members asked staff to clarify implementation details (for example, whether the $215 staffing estimate is per hour and whether the $100 facility fee is a lump sum); staff said they would confirm specifics and that the rentals would be subject to staff availability and minimum-notice requirements (a one‑week notice was recommended). Justin said staff would provide a final implementation plan with clarified hourly and lump-sum fees.
