Perry County advisory board votes to forward PAP funding proposal to councils for review

The Perry County PAP Advisory Board voted unanimously to forward a PAP funding proposal prepared by Chief L. Allen to each member's respective county council for review.

A board member who identified themselves as new to the group told colleagues the proposal dated from 2025 and said it would be appropriate to give county councils time to review the document before the advisory board makes any formal recommendation. "So, I would uh make a motion we take the uh proposal figured out by Chief L Allen to our respective council members so we can show them give them some time to review it while we also take some further time to review and decide if we want to make an official recommendation or whatnot on the particular proposal," the member said and moved the proposal forward.

The motion was seconded and passed by voice vote, 4–0. The board did not record individual roll-call votes in the transcript provided.
