City staff report steady growth at Imperial Park farmers market, outline expansion plans

"It has been a fixture in Sugarland since October of 2011," JP, the recreation coordinator who presented the market overview, said, noting the city moved operations in 2023. "When Parks and Rec took it over in October 2023, we started off pretty much with 15 booths and now we have about 42 booth spaces that we can now accommodate." JP said the market runs Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
