Applicant asks Daly City for more transparency after Top of the Hill RFP decision

Council members acknowledged the request. Staff later told the council that the city had received six RFP responses, reviewed and scored them and was negotiating with the top two proposers; staff committed to returning with a written report on the scoring and selection process at the next council meeting so council and the public could review selection steps and any negotiation outcomes.
The matter was not a formal protest or appeal on the record; it was raised as public comment and as part of council discussion about transparency and procurement procedures.
