The commission approved A-4 with the condition that staff confirm adjacent sign color temperature and recommend a target not warmer than 4500 K, preferably 4000 K or lower.
Case A-5-2026 (29 E. First St., Enclave Co-working) was presented by Dan Johnson, general manager. Commissioners approved a projecting (blade) sign to help identify a second-floor entrance above Egg Harbor and welcomed Enclave to downtown Hinsdale.
