Mayor Adam Klene frames arts, housing and fire safety as council priorities in inaugural remarks

During the remarks Klene referenced local cultural achievements and invited speakers; an attendee, Hunter, answered a question about where he had performed internationally, saying Brazil drew crowds of about 70,000. In a short exchange the deputy city attorney Nancy agreed with a mayoral aside, saying, "Like an angel? Yes," in response to a rhetorical question about a local singer’s voice.
Klene closed by asking residents to take pride in the city’s cultural output and to support local artists and venues as the council pursues its stated priorities in the coming year.
