Clerk’s office wins sole-source extension for campaign finance system through 2029

Seals said the county submits user requests to the vendor for enhancements and that the vendor will implement changes that do not conflict with law or contractual obligations. Commissioners asked about the contract’s history and options to improve the system’s user interface; Seals offered to provide a list of recent user-requested enhancements.
Commissioner Wilson moved the amendment and Commissioner Peterson Mayberry seconded; the motion carried.
