Flynn said she met with Amy Baxter and that they plan to develop a checklist for new businesses and event holders to streamline the HTC sign application process. The checklist, she said, will be used to inform applicants about required steps and help event organizers meet sign rules in advance.
Commissioners also discussed a procedural question about whether a commissioner could name a location with a partly cured violation; staff advised members to email details so staff could follow up rather than discuss the violation aloud during the meeting.
Chair Chris Young confirmed the committee will meet next on April 7.
