Commissioners discussed sign dimensions — a supplier estimate referenced an 18-by-12-inch sign — and debated whether Public Works should be given discretion to adjust size by site. Staff advised that Public Works typically prefers firm specifications; if the project proves infeasible at the presented specifications, it may be pushed to a later budget cycle.
