During roll call the clerk recorded Mayor Soarscribe, Vice Mayor Matulic, Council Member Bergenter and Council Member Gordon as present and noted that Council Members Letijoux, Matthias and Paul Maris were absent. The city attorney confirmed there were no public commenters either in person or online before the council adjourned into closed session.
