The commission also agreed to agendize related presentations (for example, a presentation by the operator of the local navigation center) and noted that much of the work plan’s implementation would be staged, with many activities planned to start in 2027. The meeting adjourned after commissioners confirmed the work plan would be forwarded to the City Council for action.
