The Vallejo Planning Commission on Thursday voted to approve a resolution finding the proposed fiscal year 2026–27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) consistent with the city’s General Plan.
Fernando Bravo, representing Public Works, presented the CIP and said it includes three new projects for the year: a Hidden Brook traffic-calming project, a Hidden Brook pavement rehabilitation project funded through the Hidden Brook land-maintenance district (LMD), and Measure P cycle 3 street-pavement work. Bravo said staff reviewed the projects for consistency with Chapter 6 of the General Plan and included findings in the staff report.
